This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, or any interruption of service caused by technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we make no warranties — express or implied — regarding uninterrupted access or error-free operation. In all cases, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded under Philippine law. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the vipph app platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under Philippine law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of vipph app to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
